In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 6, insert the following sentence:
"The Assembly stresses that this Russian policy should be viewed as a violation of Article 49 of Geneva Convention IV, according to which individual or mass forcible transfers, as well as deportations of protected persons from occupied territory to the territory of the Occupying Power or to that of any other country, occupied or not, are prohibited, regardless of their motivation."
