In the draft resolution, paragraph 7, after the words "aims of the Organisation:" insert the following words:

"respect for the territorial integrity of members states has been undermined by the illegal actions of the Russian Federation towards Ukraine including the invasion, occupation and annexation of Crimea in clear violation of international law;"
