In the draft resolution, paragraph 2, second sentence, replace the words "of consolidating public budgets, but risk further deepening the crisis and undermining social rights as they mainly affect lower income classes and the most vulnerable categories of the population" with the following words:
"to balance public budgets to create the ability to enforce and enshrine social rights for all citizens."
