Committee on the Honouring of Obligations and Commitments by Member States of the Council of Europe (Monitoring Committee)
In the draft resolution, paragraph 14.3, replace the second sentence with the following sentence:
"Furthermore, the Assembly welcomes the adoption, on 4 April 2013, of the Law on foreigners and international protection, which constitutes a significant step forward in the protection of the rights of foreigners, irrespective of their status."
