In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 6.6, add the following sentence:

“the legal and fiscal system applicable to online services should be that of the end consumer, and the consumer rights that apply should be those that are most favourable between the country of origin and the country of service;”

Explanatory Note :

The text does not specify the location for the settlement of any disputes. Ideally, this should be stipulated in an international convention.
