In the draft resolution, replace paragraph 3 with the following paragraph:
"Being a partially legitimate body, the Verkhovna Rada failed to deal with a dificult moment of the transitional period and formed a government with the participation of representatives of the ultra-right nationalist forces. As a result it has not yet started to implement the 21 February 2014 agreement, thus triggering social and political protests in South-Eastern Ukraine and general destabilization of the situation."
