In the draft resolution, after paragraph 13, insert the following paragraph:
"The Assembly strongly condemns the actions of the Ukrainian party "Svoboda" within the Verkhovna Rada as well as on the territory of all the regions of Ukraine. The Assembly recalls the resolution of the European Parliament of 13 December 2012 which says that racist, anti-semitic and xenophobic views go against the EU's fundamental values and principles and therefore appeals to pro-democratic parties in the Verkhovna Rada not to associate with, endorse or form coalitions with this party, the activity of which, as well as the one of the "Right Sector" organisation, is openly fascist."
