In the draft resolution, replace paragraph 13 with the following paragraph:

"However, the Assembly believes that political dialogue should remain the most privileged way to find compromise, and there should be no return to the pattern of the Cold War. The Assembly regrets that, since the beginning of the crisis and to hitherto, despite numerous appeals from the international community and in particular the Assembly, as well as despite Ukraine's readiness to begin a dialogue on the peaceful resolution of the situation, the Russian Federation has not responded to these appeals."
