In the draft resolution, replace paragraph 14 with the following paragraph:
"In consequence, in order to mark its condemnation and desapproval of the Russian Federation's actions with regard to Ukraine, the Assembly resolves to annul the ratification of the credentials of the Russian delegation until the end of the 2014 session."
