In the draft resolution, paragraph 5.1, replace the words "adopt a new composition formula for the National Council of Radio and Television that will foster an independent and pluralist media environment" with the following words:
"adopt consensually a new composition formula for the National Council of Radio and Television that will foster an independent and pluralist media environment, as well as to refrain from removing leading officials appointed by previous legislatures;"
