In the draft resolution, delete paragraph 9.
Explanatory Note :
The cited opinion of the Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights on Hungary's media was issued after the adoption of the first textual formulation (2010. XII.31.) of new legislation on media regulations in Hungary. Since the issue of the opinion the legislation has been amended several times according to the mentioned proposals, in close cooperation with the Council of Europe.
