In the draft resolution, paragraph 10.7, in the first sentence, after the word "Ukraine", insert the following words:

", as well as the signing of the so-called "treaty on alliance and strategic partnership" with the occupied regions of Abkhazia, Georgia and the so-called "treaty on alliance and integration" with Tskhinvali Region/South Ossetia, Georgia,"

Explanatory Note :

The signature of the so-called treaties between the Russian Federation and the occupied regions of Georgia falls within the reporting period and is reflected in the explanatory memorandum by the rapporteur. Considering the above-mentioned, it is of utmost importance that this fact is mentioned in the resolution.
