Committee on the Honouring of Obligations and Commitments by Member States of the Council of Europe (Monitoring Committee)
In amendment 6, replace the word "replace" with the word "insert";
delete the words ""to address the excessive variations in size of the single mandate election districts" with the following words";
and before the words "to consider" insert the word "and".
