In the draft resolution, paragraph 6.9, replace the words "the insufficient balance between the official language and the languages of national minorities in the new law on education in Ukraine, leading to a reduction in rights in comparison to previous legislation;"
with the following words:
"the unclear level of protection of linguistic rights in the new framework law on education, which does not specify the modalities by which it is to be implemented, although it leaves at the same time space for its application in line with requirements for protection of national minorities;"
