In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 4.6, insert the following words:
"and the withdrawal of the derogation from the European Convention on Human Rights".
Explanatory Note :
The withdrawal of the derogation from the European Convention on Human Rights
is of direct and utmost relevance to the Council of Europe, and hence must be included in the resolution.
