In the draft resolution, paragraph 9.2.8, replace the words:
"including the extension of the statute of limitations, and calls on the Italian authorities to further address the issues of, inter alia,"
with the following words:
"and calls on the Italian authorities to further address the issues of, inter alia, besides the extension of the statute of limitations already put in place,".
