Committee on the Honouring of Obligations and Commitments by Member States of the Council of Europe (Monitoring Committee)
In amendment 2, delete the following words:
"avoiding in the meantime its political capture through the massive appointment of new institutions and magistrates, to demonstrate political will and to enforce effectively legislation".
