In the draft resolution, paragraph 3, replace the third and fourth sentences with the following sentence:

"The Assembly notes progress achieved regarding the appraisal, training and ethics of prosecutors and welcomes the improvements in the procedures for the selection of new judges by which 60% of sitting judges have been selected."
