The functioning of democratic institutions in Azerbaijan
Committee on the Honouring of Obligations and Commitments by Member States of the Council of Europe (Monitoring Committee)
In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 15.5.1, insert the following words:
"and, in particular, drop all criminal charges against Mehman Aliyev and those measures which also have an impact on the functioning of the Turan news agency".
