Publication of the GRECO Compliance Report on Hungary
According to information provided on the official website of the Group of States against Corruption (GRECO), the next Compliance Report on Hungary is still confidential. The Evaluation Report was made public on 22 July 2015; therefore, the eighteen months envisaged for the preparation of the Compliance Report have passed long ago.
In the meantime, the Compliance Report is still not available and defined as “confidential” on GRECO’s official website.

What is the reason for the delay in the publication of the Compliance Report on Hungary within the framework of the GRECO procedure?
What does the Committee of Ministers plan to do to speed up the publication of the report and when will the report be made public?
