Counteraction to manifestations of neo-Nazism

In the draft recommendation, after paragraph 3.2, insert the following paragraph:

"support the initiative by the youth campaign and declare the day of the terrorist attack in Oslo and at Utøya, the 22 July, the European Day for Victims of Hate Crime."
