In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 19.5, insert the following words:

"while ensuring that proper questions and methods are employed to identify the demographic situation accurately."

Explanatory note

It is important to emphasize that the census should employ proper questions and methods to ensure that demographic situation in the country is reflected accurately.
