Amendment 13 | Doc. 14463 | 22 January 2018

Signatories: Mr Georgii LOGVYNSKYI, Ukraine, EPP/CD ; Mr Boryslav BEREZA, Ukraine, EPP/CD ; Mr Mustafa DZHEMILIEV, Ukraine, EPP/CD ; Mr Valeriu GHILETCHI, Republic of Moldova, EPP/CD ; Mr Giorgi KANDELAKI, Georgia, EPP/CD ; Mr Serhii KIRAL, Ukraine, EC ; Mr Eerik-Niiles KROSS, Estonia, ALDE ; Mr Arkadiusz MULARCZYK, Poland, EC ; Mr Egidijus VAREIKIS, Lithuania, EPP/CD

In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 6, insert the following words:

"Since the occupation in 2014, 44 Ukrainians have disappeared in Crimea: 6 of them were found dead, 17 were released from detention, 2 people have been convicted and 19 are still considered missing. The problem of private property in Crimea has become a very acute issue, in particular for people who bought their houses or apartments before the Russian occupation. Around 600 people in Sevastopol received court decisions cancelling their purchase contracts. This practice is a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law."
