"and the concerns expressed in that regard, it decided to re-open the monitoring procedure sensu stricto in respect of Turkey so as to intensify its co-operation with the Turkish authorities and all stakeholders in the country."

with the following words:

"it decided to re-open the monitoring procedure sensu stricto in respect of Turkey so as to intensify its co-operation with the Turkish authorities.".
