In the draft resolution, at the beginning of paragraph 10.2, insert the words: "continue their efforts to".

Explanatory note

Turkey is already guaranteeing that asylum seekers have access to an effective asylum procedure which respects the non-refoulement principle. Once registered, Syrians are entitled to receive health and education services free of charge and can apply for a residence permit. Syrians in Turkey exceed 3.5 million.
