In the draft resolution, after paragraph 7, insert the following paragraph:

"Humanitarian assistance from the international community contributes to responding effectively to the difficult humanitarian situation of IDPs, refugees and persons remaining in the zones affected by the conflict. At the same time, Russian so-called "humanitarian convoys", which were repeatedly sent to Ukraine without a request for official approval of the Ukrainian authorities, without necessary procedures of border and customs control, and without coordination with the International Committee of the Red Cross, blatantly violate international law and established international practises."
