In the draft resolution, replace paragraph 12.4 with the following paragraph:

"eliminate difficulties to register as IDPs, especially for people without identity documents, with particular attention to respect for the rights of vulnerable groups, including elderly and disabled people, large and needy families, unemployed persons, youth, orphans, victims of the Chernobyl disaster and marginalised and disadvantaged groups;"
