In the draft recommendation, at the end of paragraph 2.1, insert the following words:

"given that Greece fulfils her obligations stemming from the "Agreement on combating Crime, Especially Terrorism, Organised Crime, Illicit Drug Trafficking and Illegal Immigration" and the EU fulfils her commitments stemming from EU-Turkey Statement".

Explanatory note

Our country completely fulfils its obligations under the 18 March Agreement. As a matter of fact, in our country, the number of irregular migrants detected in 2018 is over 268,000. Although the rate of acceptance of irregular migrants is very high, the number of irregular migrants that Greece could send back is very low.
