Dans le projet de résolution, après le paragraphe 4, insérer le paragraphe suivant:
"Avec les activités du DA'ESH en Irak et en Syrie, les frontières entre ces deux pays se sont estompées, convertissant les deux pays en un seul champ de bataille. Par conséquent, en plus des centaines de milliers de Syriens, de nombreux Irakiens ont aussi été affectés par les atrocités commises par l’organisation terroriste. L’ONU a récemment annoncé que près de 3 millions de personnes sont réfugiées ou déplacées à l’intérieur de l’Irak, dont la plupart ont été réinstallées dans les camps de la région kurde. La Turquie, en tant que voisine immédiate des zones affectées par le conflit, a accueilli plus de 200 000 Irakiens, dont 20 000 Yézidis et Chrétiens, et a construit des camps pour 37 500 personnes déplacées à l’intérieur de l’Irak."
