In the draft resolution, before paragraph 11.1, insert the following paragraph:
"deeply concerned to observe the regular pressure imposed on political opposition and independent media, calls on the Ukrainian authorities to follow international democratic standards, including media pluralism and the existence of independent political opposition;"
