In the draft resolution, paragraph 4, second sentence, delete the words "through the Greek-Turkish sea and land borders".

Explanatory Note :

While there is a sharp decrease in migrant's crossings from Turkey to Greece, the number of irregular migrants coming to Turkey has largely increased. In the first ten months of 2018, 247,227 irregular migrants were detected in Turkey reflecting a 65% increase compared to previous year.
