In the draft resolution, replace paragraph 9.3.4 with the following paragraph:
"assist Greece in complying with the "Agreement on Combating Crime, Especially Terrorism, Organised Crime, Illicit Drug Trafficking and Illegal Immigration" in order for the Greek Turkish Readmission agreement to be reinforced;"
Explanatory Note :
The mentioned protocol between Turkey and Greece has been made in accordance with Article 8 of "Agreement on Combating Crime, Especially Terrorism, Organised Crime, Illicit Drug Trafficking and Illegal Immigration". The bilateral agreement may be applied by us if the Greek side fulfills its obligations to combat terrorism between our countries pursuant to mentioned agreement.
