In the draft resolution, paragraph 9.4, replace the words:
"the biggest member State would be asked to, or chooses to, leave the Organisation with all the geopolitical implications this would have and also the concrete consequences for Russian citizens;"
with the following words:
"any member State would be asked to, or chooses to, leave the Organisation;".
